No need to register for Sunday League XC so just turn up in your Striders vest and run!

Please note that we will revert to the traditional 10.30am start time, men and women run together. 

Parking 

With another bumper field likely, there's no possibility of the Trent Park car park accommodating all the runners plus all the other park users (please note that you MUST NOT use the Hockey Centre car park).  And those of you who were there last year will recall the enormous queue to leave.  I strongly recommend you consider parking outside the park and walking the last bit. 

There are 220 spaces in the Cockfosters tube station car park (EN4 0DZ) and it only costs £1.70 on Sundays. There are a further 149 spaces in the Oakwood tube car park (N14 4UT), also costing only £1.70.  

From here you simply walk up Snakes Lane to reach the park.   

Organisers are also pretty sure that there's also unlimited parking on Sundays in the streets surrounding East Barnet School (EN4 8PU) which is only just over 1km from the race start.  So there are plenty of off-site alternatives and we recommend that you use them - and you should also make a quicker getaway!
