This week's interval sessions are listed below. Don't forget your facemask, please try and stay in the same pace group as normal. Most importantly enjoy the sessions. PLEASE CHECK THE START TIMES AS SOME ARE EARLIER THAN NORMAL.

If you would lake to join a session and are not on facebook please email Chair@stalbansstriders.com with you preferred group and we will make sure the run leader is aware you will be coming. If the group is already full we will let you know the other options.

7.30 min/mile - Gladstone Thompson - 7pm - Point B - Track - 600m Breakdowns (600,400,300,200 x3 with 300m recoveries)

8 min/mile - James Harrison - 7pm - Point D - Hollybush Avenue - 1k Efforts x 5 with 2:30 rest

8.30 min/mile - Andy Normile - 7pm - Point A - Fryth Mead - 300m efforts for 30 mins

9 min/mile - Steve Alexander - 6.45pm - Point A - Westfields - 750m x 6 with 2min rest

9.30 min/mile - Katie Bunting - 6.45pm - Point B - Fighting Cocks Hill Reps

10 min/mile - Linda Green - 7pm - Point C - Track - 600m Breakdowns (600,400,300,200 x2 with 300m recoveries)

10.30 min/mile - Sue Edwards - 6.45pm - Point C - Abbey Avenue - 800m efforts with 2:30 rest
