This week's interval sessions are listed below. Don't forget your facemask, please try and stay in the same pace group as normal. Most importantly enjoy the sessions. PLEASE CHECK THE START TIMES AS SOME ARE EARLIER THAN NORMAL.

If you would lake to join a session and are not on facebook please email Chair@stalbansstriders.com with you preferred group and we will make sure the run leader is aware you will be coming. If the group is already full we will let you know the other options.

8 min/mile - Gladstone Thompson - 7pm - Point B - Track - Upside Down Pyramid 800, 600, 400, 200, 200, 400, 600, 800

8.30 min/mile - Andy Normile - 7pm - Point D - Fighting Cocks Hill Reps 1min x10 with 90 sec jog down

9 min/mile - Katie Bunting - 6.45pm - Point A - Ladies Grove - 600m x7 with 90 sec recovery

9.30 min/mile - Malcolm Coakley - 7pm - Point C - Track - Upside Down Pyramid 800, 600, 400, 200, 200, 400, 600, 800

10 min/mile - Joanne Tang - 6.45pm - Point B - Midway Loop 800m x6 with 2 min recovery

10.30 min/mile - Dette Newby - 6.45pm - Point C - Ladies Grove - 600m x6 with 90 sec recovery

11 min/mile - Julie Curtis - 6.45pm - Point D - Fryth Mead - 300m Efforts for 30 mins
