Volunteers are needed for the Herts County Cross Country race on Sunday 7^th January 2024

Striders are hosting the County Cross Country and we are providing marshals and the course set up crew.

The course set up will be at 9am for about an hour and the marshals will be split into three shifts from 10:35, 11:20 and 12:05. Please note:

• Shift One will be replaced by Shift Three so this is suitable for striders that want to run.
• Shifts Two and Three will remain in place until the end of the race, around 14:30.
• If there are enough volunteers then I will look to relive the Shift Two marshals before the finish.
