The closing date for sign-up is Thursday 13 July. This will give us a few days to compile the teams and enter them individually online.
Due to the logistics, we cannot accept late entries.
VENUE: Marriotts Sports Centre, Brittain Way, Stevenage SG2 8UT
- Men: 4x3000m
- Women: 4x3000m
- Mixed: 4×3000m
Club teams will consist of Male: 4 runners Female: 4 runners Mixed: 2 men and 2 ladies.
Minimum age 15 years
Veteran Men: Over 40
Veteran Women: Over 35
Under 17s male and female will be regarded as Senior team members
