After last years champs were cancelled due to Covid, Sunday saw the first County cross-country championship since 2020, held this year at Stanborough Park in Welwyn Garden City.

Striders men and women both finished in top spot, retaining both championships. The women’s B-team also finished in fourth place.

The men competed over a 12.5km course (teams of 6) and the women 8km in teams of 4.
