It has been an exceptionally quiet week for Striders. However, Rebecca Butler ran the RunThrough Foundation 10k in a brilliant time of 44 minutes and 56 seconds.

Further afield, James McMurray came fifth in the 1500m men’s finals in the UK Athletics Championships in Birmingham. With a remarkable time of 3m.47.53, he was only 0.11 of a second away from a podium position!
