A notable mention for Steve Scorer who completed the Boston and London marathon double just six days apart raising money for Marie Curie. Several other Striders also travelled across the pond to Boston on Monday in what proved to be tricky conditions due to the heat. Megan and Barnaby Walker crossed the line together in 3:20:34 with Isaac Ye close behind (3:30:01).

Further afield Jack Brooks completed his 596th marathon in Rhodes finishing in 5:38:22 to take second place in his age category.
