*Pub Runs are held on the last Saturday of every month. Departing at 10.30am from the Elephant & Castle pub in Amwell, near Wheathampstead, it's a very steady run of 5/7 miles over a country route at a "conversational" pace (other distances and pace can be accommodated via additional runs, subject to demand), followed by a drink or light lunch in the pub at midday. You are welcome to join us just for the run, just for a drink/lunch or to go for the full package - this is very much a social event and new faces are always welcome.
