For those who are not familiar with the competition, it’s a series of races involving other Herts running clubs who compete in a League consisting of 4 division races and a mob match (all 3 divisions running together) at the end (each approx.10k), with a different club hosting each event. All abilities are welcome (and encouraged).

The races are free for any paid up members. If you are a second claim member you can only run if your first claim club aren't in the league.

This is our home fixture and the start and finish is at Highfield Park. Please note that parking is at the field behind Charles Morris Hall this year. The entrance to the field is a small track to the East of the hall, please do not park in the main car park of the hall. Please consider walking or cycling over is you are local. 

The race starts at 7.45pm and you must wear a striders vest or T-shirt to compete.
