The Southern Road Relay Championships are due to take place at Crystal Palace on Saturday 24^th September and we are hoping to enter a range of teams from AC and Striders in the following categories:

• 1.30 p.m. Senior Women 4 stages of 4500m
• 1.30 p.m. Veteran Women 4 stages of 4500m
• 2.30 p.m. Senior Men 6 stages of 6000m
• 2.30 p.m. Veteran Men 4 stages of 6000m

This is a highly competitive event with the top teams invited to the National Championships. As a guide, we recommend you have the following 5k times before entering:

• Senior Women Sub 21
• Veteran Women Sub 22
• Senior Men Sub 18
• Veteran Men Sub 19
