Interval Sessions

This week's interval sessions are listed below. Don't forget your facemask, please try and stay in the same pace group as normal. Most importantly enjoy the sessions. PLEASE CHECK THE START TIMES AS SOME ARE EARLIER THAN NORMAL.

If you would lake to join a session and are not on facebook please email with you preferred group and we will make sure the run leader is aware you will be coming. If the group is already full we will let you know the other options.

7.30 min/mile - Mike Martin - 7pm - Point A - Fighting Cocks Hills 5x1min 5x45sec 5x30sec (2min,90sec,60sec recoveries)

8 min/mile - Gladstone Thompson - 7pm - Point B - Track - 2-4-6-8 (2x400m, 4x300m, 6x200m, 8x100m with 200m jog recovery)

8.30 min/mile - Andy Normile - 7pm - Point D - Holybush Ave 4x1km reps

9 min/mile - Jim Hopkins - 7pm - Point C - Track - 2-4-6-8 (2x400m, 4x300m, 6x200m, 8x100m with 200m jog recovery)

9.30 min/mile - Katie Bunting - 6.45pm - Point A - Jerome Drive 600m x6

10 min/mile - Linda Green - 6.45pm - Point C - Fryth Mead - 300m reps for 30 mins

10.30 min/mile - Sue Edwards - 6.45pm - Point D - Ladies Grove 600m x5
