Interval Sessions

This week's interval sessions are listed below. Don't forget your facemask, please try and stay in the same pace group as normal. Most importantly enjoy the sessions. PLEASE CHECK THE START TIMES AS SOME ARE EARLIER THAN NORMAL.

If you would lake to join a session and are not on facebook please email Chair@stalbansstriders.com with you preferred group and we will make sure the run leader is aware you will be coming. If the group is already full we will let you know the other options.

7.30 min/mile - Stu Middleton - 6.45pm - Point C - Football Field (3 laps x3 + 1.5 laps x5)

8 min/mile - Richard Evans - 6.45pm - Point D - Ladies Grove 1k efforts x5-6

8.30 min/mile - Gladstone Thompson - 7pm - Point A - Track - 1200m x3 + 600 x4

9 min/mile - Steve Alexander - 7pm - Point C - Fryth Mead - Continuous 300s for 30 min

10 min/mile - Joanne Tang - 7pm - Point B - Track 1200m x2 + 600m x4

10.30 min/mile - Sue Edwards - 6.45pm - Point A - Abbey Avenue - 5 x 800m Efforts
