Interval Sessions

This week's interval sessions are listed below. Don't forget your facemask, please try and stay in the same pace group as normal. Most importantly enjoy the sessions. PLEASE CHECK THE START TIMES AS SOME ARE EARLIER THAN NORMAL.

If you would lake to join a session and are not on facebook please email Chair@stalbansstriders.com with you preferred group and we will make sure the run leader is aware you will be coming. If the group is already full we will let you know the other options.

7.30 min/mile - Alex Johnston - 6.45pm - Point B - Grass opposite track - 1 x 2.5 laps, 2 x 2 laps, 3 x 1.5 laps, 4x1 lap (football pitch size)

8 min/mile - Richard Evans - 6.45pm - Point C - Football Pitch - 1 x 2.5 laps, 2 x 2 laps, 3 x 1.5 laps, 4x1 lap

8.30 min/mile - Andy Normile - 7pm - Point A - Track (Outer Lanes) 1x1k, 2x800, 3x600, 4x400

9 min/mile - Jim Hopkins - 7pm - Point B - Abbey Avenue - 800m Efforts

9.30 min/mile - Malcolm Coakley - 7pm - Point C - Ladies Grove - 300m Efforts

10 min/mile - Linda Green - 6.45pm - Point D - Football Pitch - 1 x 2.5 laps, 2 x 2 laps, 3 x 1.5 laps, 4x1 lap
