On Wednesday 31^st May Striders will host our round of the Midweek League and we need lots of volunteers. We will need the carpark team from 6pm, catering and HQ help from 6:30, the marshals from 6:45 and the clear-up and course take-down team after the race. We also need a few people to help set out the course and HQ area from about 4:00pm. Lots of jobs are suitable if you want to run as well.

The race is scheduled to start at 7:45pm and should be finished by about 9pm
