Marathon Training Run - 15/17 Miles

The marathon training route is self-guided so you will need to acquaint yourself with the route. We will try to put marshals in important places and there will be water tables at regular intervals.

Those wishing to run at 10:15 minute miling and slower start at 8:30am and those 10:30 and faster will start at 9am
