The St Albans Striders membership year runs from April to March each year, concurrent with the England Athletics membership year.
Self guided marathon training runs with water tables periodically and a start and finish line.

17 mile - Striders Marathon Training Route 2
8:30 start for 10:30 and slower
9:00 start for 10:15 and faster
