The St Albans Striders membership year runs from April to March each year, concurrent with the England Athletics membership year.
Self- Guided 15 and 17 mile marathon training run with a start and finish line, water stations and pre plotted route.
Both runs will start together in two speed groups:
10:30 minute mile and slower groups leaving at 8:30
10:00 minute mile and faster group leaving at 9:00
