Online bookings are now open for the Striders Marathon Coach.

The price (£7 online, £6.50 offline) includes one way to Marathon and not return journey. Seats are open to members and non members of Striders, however, Striders will be given priority for bookings until Feb 17th.

The fourth Get Started course will begin next month, running for 6 weeks with a break for half-term (w/c 27th May).

The May course is for runners of any pace who can run 5K or further who want to meet others of a similar level, get into running consistently and get a more structured introduction to the club. Please note St Albans Sport and Health Development team are now organising courses for beginner to 5K level, so we will not be running an absolute beginner group

Please share the information with interested family, friends and colleagues, who can find out more and register online through the Get Started page of the Striders website.

Taking part will cost £20. Non-members will receive Striders membership until the end of August included in the price.
