Striders Annual Dinner - Online Booking Available Here
This year it will take place on Saturday, 10th November at the Noke Thistle Hotel in St Albans which has a capacity of 250.
The evening will commence at 7pm with reception drinks. This will be followed by a 3-course dinner, a talk from special guest speaker Amy Whitehead along with presentations of the Annual Awards, Club Championships and London Marathon Draw. The evening will then continue with a disco until the end.

Tuesday Tea Nights
We hold monthly tea nights, usually on the 1st Tuesday of the month after the track sessions. After your run, come and enjoy some tea and cakes and meet the other striders. The Olympic Torch finally arrives in St Albans this Sunday 8th July. To celebrate the arrival from its route along the Hatfield Road into the City Centre we will be having a social at Bar 62 from 3pm. The torch is expected to arrive from 4.05 - 4.50 (according to the bar) The pub will be organising a BBQ from 3-6 where you will be able to get burgers, sausages and chicken. Sunday April 1st at 7pm, there will be an Olympic themed pub quiz at the Queens Head, in Sandridge, AL4 9DL. The format will be the same as the last quiz with 6 or 7 rounds and food at the interval. A donation of just £1 will be required for the Striders 2012 charity and there will be prizes for the first 3 winning teams. & Teams of four will be required and the pub can accommodate up to 10 teams.…
The Cross Country season is coming to and end, so to celebrate a record turnout of Striders at all of the leagues and some brilliant racing, we are having a social on Saturday 25th February (the day of Parliament Hill) The social will be from 7pm onwards at The Goat. 37 Sopwell Lane, St Albans.
